Tia is wild and curious, as any four year old would be. However, that is what gets her in trouble, when she wanders off during a family vacation. She manages to get herself really far from where she had been. How does Tahra ever find her daughter? And what happens if Tahra ends up completely off course?

The Sea Of Paper: Tahra Takes Flight is the third book in the series. Tahra's old rival, Cynthia makes turns Tahra into a bluebird. She gets caught up in a wind and thrown far off course. She is stuck trying to find her way back to Virginia.
Eric is still the deputy and spends a lot of time searching for Sheriff Shawn, while also trying to find out what Cynthia has done to Tahra. As for Tia, she is antsy and tired of being in Virginia. When an opportunity for her to take flight and go on another adventure arises, she cannot refuse the chance. Besides, she gets to help with the mission of reuniting a friend group in a journey across Ireland.
Marietta encounters a spiral of events all caused by one small interaction with magic. Before she knows it, her entire life is changed.
How has Cynthia's past impacted her as a person? What will Tia discover along the way in Ireland? And what has happened to Sheriff Shawn?

"My Insane Story," is told by Marietta as she explains how she came to the decisions she did regarding Doctor Fred.
"The Sacred Amulet" gives more insight to a minor character that plays an important role in future books.
"My Darkest Secret" is told by Sheriff Shawn as he reveals his past and why he is the way he is.
"What's Going On?" is Kate wondering why Marietta has been acting so strange lately. It gives a preview of what happens in the time from when Book 3 ends and Book 4 begins.
